Acting Chief Executive Officer Role of Acting CEO during CEO’s three-month sabbatical. Began implementation of new strategic plan that addressed social and justice issues; ensured effective annual budget process; managed and led quarterly Board meeting; managed agency through a significant program and PR crisis.

Chief Strategy Officer Developed long term vision, two 3-year strategic plans, and strategy execution approach for $350m non-profit, social services organization; drove alignment across new executive team which had recently formed due to significant organizational growth.

Chief of Staff Completely rebuilt communications, marketing, and advancement departments for large non-profit organization. Personally led effort to increase brand awareness, develop strategic partnerships, and reestablish our donor base.
